Leslie Amonoo, MD, is a physician, population health strategist, and founder of Millennial Beacon. His work focuses on improving care for underserved and historically marginalized communities.
At HCFII, Dr. Amonoo draws on his clinical and operational experience to assess how new ideas will work for patients and care teams. He focuses on clinical quality, practical delivery, and designing services around the people who use them.
Philip Burton
Philip Burton is a healthcare executive and venture advisor with more than 20 years of experience. He began his career in pharmaceuticals and later worked in medical devices, health system administration, and healthcare consulting.
Philip has led organizational strategy and advised early-stage ventures. He founded ImpactHealth, formerly InHuevation, to support inclusive innovation and community-based healthcare solutions.
At HCFII, he helps bring people, funding, and business experience into healthcare projects.
